Milk Allergy
If you are allergic to milk and you have ingested it, your body responds by trying to protect itself from what it sees as a harmful invader. Your body overreacts to the proteins found in the milk substance. The bodies immune system creates antibodies to fend off the invader causing different reactions for different individuals. Most reactions happen within minutes of ingesting the milk product and last less than a day. Symptoms can range from hives to vomiting, diarrhea, to coughing, wheezing and sneezing.
