David Taylor’s Savory One-Pan Stir-Fry

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • David Taylor’s Savory One-Pan Stir-Fry1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined; tail optional)
  • 1 polish link
  • 1 ½ - 2 large red bell peppers
  • 1 – 1 ½  large zucchinis
  • ¼ stick of butter or 2 tsps. virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsps. salt
  • 2 tsps. pepper
  • 2 tsps. garlic powder
  • ¼ cup green onions (if desired)
  • ¼ cup cilantro (if desired)

Instructions

  1. Rinse and chop vegetables and polish link. If using frozen shrimp, make sure shrimp is thawed.
  2. Preheat 12-inch pan on a low to medium heat setting. Coat the pan with butter.
  3. Sauté shrimp and polish links together until just before cooked. Fresh shrimp should begin to turn pink when ready.  
  4. Add in freshly chopped vegetables and seasonings.
  5. Cover and simmer for 10 – 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Simmer uncovered for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat, serve and enjoy!
