Jeff Dudley serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Sacramento Ear, Nose and Throat. He joined the practice in December, 2000. Mr. Dudley is responsible for overseeing day- to -day operations, financial matters, and strategic planning. His education includes a Master’s of Science in Accountancy from California State University, Sacramento and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Chico. Mr. Dudley has been active with the Association of Otolaryngology Administrators (AOA) since 2001, and currently serves as their President-Elect. |

Sheri Pope joined Sacramento Ear, Nose and Throat in 2004, where she serves as Director of Human Resources and Payroll Management. She advises and mentors the management team, and handles recruiting and staffing. In addition, Ms. Pope is responsible for regulatory compliance, performance management and improvement, policy and procedure development and implementation, benefit administration, and payroll.
Ms. Pope received her Bachelor’s Degree from California State University, Sacramento and has over twenty years experience in the field of human resources. Prior to joining SacENT, she worked in other industries including production, manufacturing, and retail. This broad range of business experience has contributed to Ms. Pope’s well-rounded expertise in her field.
Ms. Pope has been an active member of the Sacramento Area Human Resource Association since 2003 and is a member in good standing of the Society for Human Resource Management. |
