Jeff Dudley serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Sacramento Ear, Nose and Throat. He joined the practice in December, 2000. Mr. Dudley is responsible for overseeing day- to -day operations, financial matters, and strategic planning. His education includes a Master’s of Science in Accountancy from California State University, Sacramento and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Chico. Mr. Dudley has been active with the Association of Otolaryngology Administrators (AOA) since 2001, and has served as Auditor-at-Large, Secretary/Treasurer and President.
Catherine Schnepp, MSN, FNP-BC, joined Sacramento Ear, Nose and Throat in September, 2010. Her primary duties consist of clinical hours treating patients and overseeing the clinical operations. A Sacramento native, Ms. Schnepp brings a wide variety of clinical experience and expertise to Sacramento Ear, Nose and Throat. Prior to joining SacENT, Ms. Schnepp worked at Sutter Center for Hematology/Oncology, and before that, at Capital Allergy Associates. She has extensive clinical experience in allergy, pulmonology, sleep apnea, cystic fibrosis management, and oncology. Ms. Schnepp also has a passion for patient education and places a strong focus on preventative health care and maintenance.
Olivier Bonnard joined Sacramento Ear, Nose and Throat in September 2016. His responsibilities include Staffing, Compensation and Benefits administration, Employee Relations, Leave administration and record management. Mr. Bonnard has 20+ years of Human Resources experience in various industries including Health Care, Energy, Manufacturing and Retail. He has been an HR Manager, HR Business Partner and most recently Assistant HR Director. He holds a Master’s of Science in Management from Purdue University, IN and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from France. Mr. Bonnard is SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified.
