  Egg Allergy
If you are allergic to eggs:
EGGS are to be avoided in ANY form. This is a list of foods where eggs commonly occur. If there is any question regarding a prepared food, investigate the contents listed on the label.
  1. Cooked or raw eggs, soufflés, fritters and egg noodles.
  2. Cake, cookies, doughnuts, macaroons, pastries, batters (pancakes and waffles), pretzels, French toast, pie crust, muffins, meringues.
  3. Ice cream, water ices and sherbets unless made at home from an egg free powder.
  4. Mayonnaise, hollandaise sauce, tartar sauce, salad dressing with egg, icings, marshmallows, nougats, fondants, chocolate creams, filled candy bars, etc.
  5. Ovaltine, ovomalt and rootbeer.
  6. Prepared flours such as Bisquick® , pancake flour, etc.
  7. Sausage and meatloaf unless ground at home and prepared with no egg.
  8. Baking powder except Royal and K.C.

OR ANY OTHER FORM OF EGG WHITE

OR YOLK, INCLUDING POWDERED.

The diet trial will not be worth doing unless egg elimination is rigidly observed.
