Phillip Bernstein, MD

Dr. Bernstein has been in practice in Sacramento for over 20 years. He is board certified in Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He did his undergraduate education and medical school at The University of Pretoria, in South Africa. His general surgery training was at The University of Iowa, and he completed his Otolaryngology residency and Facial Plastics Fellowship at the University of California, Davis. His main areas of practice include nasal airway problems, sinus disease, sleep apnea, and facial aesthetic surgery.
