Michael Kearns, MD, FACS

Dr. Kearns has been practicing Otolaryngology in Sacramento since 1987. He is a native of Sacramento, and graduated from Jesuit High School. He obtained his M.D. degree with honors from the University of California, Irvine, and completed his training in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at the University of California, San Diego. He is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Kearns is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, and a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons. He has served as Chief of Otolaryngology at Sutter Hospitals and Mercy General Hospital. He was named a Sacramento “Hero in Healthcare” in 1998. His professional interests include snoring and sleep apnea treatments, facial skin cancers, and nasal/sinus disorders. Dr. and Mrs. Kearns live in Carmichael with their two sons.
